Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Instructions for use by gas and the renderings of services on gas supply in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 17, 2002 No. 317 "About approval of Instructions for use gas and renderings of services on gas supply in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 20, Art. 1870; 2013, No. 32, Art. 4328; 2014, No. 2, Art. 137).
2. Determine that requirements of subitems "zh" and "z" of Item 14 and Item 27 of Instructions for use gas and the renderings of services on gas supply in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation "About Approval of Instructions for Use Gas and Renderings of Services on Gas Supply in the Russian Federation" do not extend to the thermal power plants and sources of heat energy included in the list of the generating objects with which use delivery of capacity under agreements on capacity provision, No. 1334-r approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 11, 2010 for which the fuel mode, and also on thermal power plants and sources of heat energy for which use of solid and (or) liquid fuel as reserve is not provided by the fuel mode issued in accordance with the established procedure was not determined in accordance with the established procedure will be performed.
