RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About transfer of organizations of education to subordination of the Ministry of Transport and Communications

(as amended of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 31.08.2022 No. 572)

According to the paragraph the fourth article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Transfer organization of education "Belarusian state university of transport" from subordination of the Ministry of Education to subordination of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

2. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. from the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of July 31, 2006 No. 976 "Questions of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 129, 5/22700; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.11.2013, 5/38070; 29.07. 2014, 5/39179), Items 8 and 40-1-40-3 to exclude;

2.2. the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus, No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 141, 5/22781; 2011, No. 73, 5/34017) to add with Items 12-1-12-4 of the following content:

"12-1. Organization of education "Belarusian state university of transport".

12-2. Organization of education "Brest state college of rail transport of the Belarusian railroad".

12-3. Organization of education "Gomel state college of rail transport of the Belarusian railroad".

12-4. Organization of education "Orshansky state college of rail transport of the Belarusian railroad".";
