For the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of privatization of premises of the state housing stock:
1. Determine that:
1.1. decisions on privatization of the premises of the state housing stock (further – premises) which are single-family apartment houses can be accepted without availability of the documents certifying state registration of their creation and emergence of the right of state-owned property on them and also the documents certifying the made state registration of creation of the parcels of land on which they are located. In the purchase and sale agreement of the privatized premises which are the single-family apartment house, the data determining arrangement of the single-family apartment house on the corresponding parcel of land are not specified;
1.2. the decision on privatization of the isolated premises in the apartment or blocked apartment house can be accepted without availability of the documents certifying state registration of its creation and emergence of the right of state-owned property to premises only on condition of availability in documents of the single state register of real estate, the rights to it and transactions of data with it concerning capital structure in which it is located;
1.3. in case of decision making about privatization of premises before state registration of its creation and emergence of the right of state-owned property on it state registration of creation of the privatized premises, agreements of its purchase and sale, emergence of the rights, restrictions (encumbrances) of the rights to it is made according to the petition from the citizen, performing privatization, according to the procedure, established by the legislation on state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it;
