About modification of the Procedure for routing of traffic in telecommunication network public of Ukraine

According to article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications", to Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization to No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1067, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Procedure for routing of traffic in telecommunication network public of Ukraine approved by the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, of July 5, 2012 No. 324, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 25, 2012 in case of No. 1252/21564, the following changes:

1) to add Item 1.1 of the Section I with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In the conditions of emergency situations, emergency and warlike situation, in the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization (further - NKRSI), in coordination with the central executive body in the field of communication can the solution of operational and administrative nature establish temporary features of routing of traffic within Ukraine.";

2) to add Item 3.15 of the Section III with the new paragraph of the following content:
