About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning protection of information teleradio space of Ukraine

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:
1. In the Law of Ukraine "About cinematography" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 22, Art. 114 with subsequent changes):
1) in Article 3:
add taking into account alphabetic procedure with terms of the following content:
"The state aggressor - the state which in any manner occupied part of the territory of Ukraine or makes aggression against Ukraine, acknowledged Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by the state aggressor or the state invader";
"Bodies of the state aggressor - law enforcement agencies (militia, police, etc.), the armed forces, judicial authorities, internal troops, any divisions of special purpose, bodies responsible for the protection and protection of frontier, bodies responsible for the implementation of tax and customs policy, bodies responsible for conducting inquiry or the pretrial (preliminary) investigation, the prosecutor's office, bodies responsible for state security or safety of the top management of the state aggressor, division, actionees of any peacekeeping missions, any other armed military militarized paramilitarny or other power forming of the state aggressor, them components or structural divisions, including forming which name do not correspond to the official names accepted in the state aggressor but which on the performed functions belong to any of the specified bodies or forming";
"The Soviet state security agencies - the All-Russian extraordinary commission on fight against counterrevolution and sabotage (VChK, ChK), the All-Ukrainian extraordinary commission on fight against counterrevolution, speculation, sabotage and crimes of official (VUChK), the State Political Directorate (SPD), the Joint State Political Directorate (JSPD), the People's Commissariat for Internal Affairs (PCIA), the National Commissariat of State Security (NCSS), the Ministry of State Security (MSS), the Committee for State Security (CSS), and also their territorial and structural subdivisions";
