Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the basic principles of the budget right in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 10, the Art. 374) the following amendment:
add Article 19 with part 5 of the following content:
"The government of the Kyrgyz Republic establishes special procedure for forming and use of the budgetary funds in case of projects implementation of public-private partnership connected with tax and non-tax budget receipts.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
