1. Make to the section "For Customs Control of the Electric Power" of the List of places of customs control of the goods moved with pipeline transport and on power lines, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the order of May 30, 2012 No. 629, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 22, 2012 in case of No. 1036/21348 (with changes), the following changes:

exclude line 2.

With respect thereto to consider lines 3-64 respectively in the lines 2-63;

exclude line 4.

With respect thereto to consider lines 5-63 respectively in the lines 4-62;

exclude line 9.

With respect thereto to consider lines 10-62 respectively in the lines 9-61;

exclude lines 10-12.

With respect thereto to consider lines 13-61 respectively in the lines 10-58.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting (Chmeruk N. A.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Fudashkin D. A.
