About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation" regarding enhancement of the customs transactions connected with temporary storage of goods

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 27, 2010 No. 311-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 48, Art. 6252; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1098; No. 19, Art. 2318) following changes:

Part 4 of article 168 after words "warehouses of temporary storage" to add 1) with words ", warehouses of temporary storage of customs authorities";

2) in Article 177:

a) state part 5 in the following edition:

"5. The reporting specified in part 4 of this Article can be represented to customs authority:

1) with use of information system of customs authorities in the form of the electronic document signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature of the head of the organization, the chief accountant or person, them the representative;

2) in electronic form without the strengthened qualified digital signature with obligatory provision of information on paper, the witnessed signature of the head of the organization, the chief accountant or person authorized by them and seal.";

b) add with part 5.1 following of content:

"5.1. The reporting of owners of warehouses of temporary storage and persons performing temporary storage of goods in other places of temporary storage is presented in customs authority only in the form of the electronic document signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature of the head of the organization, the chief accountant or person, them the representative.";
