About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 27, 2010 No. 311-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 48, Art. 6252; 2011, No. 29, Art. 4291) following changes:

1) in Article 306:

b) state part 3 in the following edition:

"3. In case of non-presentation by the owner in the federal executive body authorized in the field of customs affairs, the insurance contract (insurance policy) of risk of responsibility for damnification for benefit of persons specified in part 5 of article 306 of this Federal Law within one month from the date of the direction of the notification on the made decision on taking measures, the goods connected with suspension of release, the specified federal body makes the decision on refusal in inclusion of intellectual property item in the register.";
