Article 34.1 to add 1) with part 6 of the following content:
"6. In case of program implementation of sports preparation of the organization, performing sports preparation, create conditions for health protection of persons having in them sports training and also provide investigation and accounting of the accidents which happened to the persons having sports training and not consisting in employment relationships with the sports organization which is not performing sports preparation (further - the customer of services in sports preparation), during passing of sports preparation by them in the organizations performing sports preparation including during their participation in the sports competitions provided by implementable programs of sports preparation. Investigation and accounting of the specified accidents are performed according to the procedure, established by federal executive body in the field of physical culture and sport in coordination with the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of health care.";
