Article 1 to add 1) with words ", including features of their civil provision";

2) in Article 8:

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The religious organization voluntary consolidation of citizens of the Russian Federation, other persons is recognized, it is permanent also on the legal causes living in the territory of the Russian Federation, formed for the purpose of joint confession and distribution of belief and in the procedure established by the law registered as the legal entity. b) add with Item 8.1 of the following content:

"8.1. Procedure for formation of bodies of the religious organization and their competence, procedure for decision making by these bodies, and also the relations between the religious organization and the faces which are part of its bodies are determined by the charter and internal establishments of the religious organization.";
