Procedure for calculation of the amount of fare of passengers, luggage transport, cargo baggage and collection from passengers and senders of such payment it is determined by rules of transportations of passengers, baggage, cargo baggage by rail.
The carrier or other person authorized by carrier in the presence of empty seat in the train processes the travel document (ticket) to the destination specified by the passenger, including railway station of destination.
