About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of April 26, 2011 No. 237

According to article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines", the paragraph of subitem 8.8 of the subitem 8 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, I ORDER the fourteenth:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for import to the territory of Ukraine of the unregistered medicines, standard samples, reagents approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of April 26, 2011 No. 237, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 11, 2011 on No. 965/19703, which are applied.

2. (L. Konoshevich) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of pharmaceutical activities and quality of pharmaceutical products submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister concerning the European integration Yu.Savk.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
