About establishment of the sizes of monetary compensation of cost of food to the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash for 2015
According to the Law of Ukraine "About the status and social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" and in pursuance of Item 9 of the Procedure for use of means of the government budget for accomplishment of the programs connected with social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 20, 2005 No. 936 (with changes), I order:
1. Approve the Sizes of monetary compensation of cost of food for the citizens referred to categories 1 and 2 of persons which were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash for 2015 which are applied.
2. To finance and economics department (Zadnipryanets V. A.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is applied since January 01, 2015.
