About recovery of zone of disaster

This Law establishes the basic principles of development of state policy of recovery of the Zone of disaster, program bases of implementation of this policy and governs the relations, related.
In sense of this Law the territories of the Republic of Armenia in which settlements, production, social, historical and cultural, utility facilities, objects and infrastructures of other appointment which were injured owing to earthquake on December 7, 1988 are located are considered as the Zone of disaster.
Process of recovery of the Zone of disaster and the related relations are governed by this Law and other legal acts.
1. Recovery work in Sohn of disaster is carried out in the terms and procedure established by the Comprehensive program of recovery of the Zone of disaster (further - the Comprehensive program).
2. The comprehensive program on representation of the Government, is claimed by National Assembly by adoption of the relevant law.
3. Annual proportions of implementation of the works provided by the Comprehensive program are established by the Government and are reflected in annual programs of recovery of the Zone of disaster (further - the Annual program).
The annual program is developed by the Government.
4. The financing amount necessary for accomplishment of the Annual program is reflected in expenses of the government budget for the corresponding year separately - as the protected Article.
