About modification of Item 2 of the Procedure for prolongation of terms of calculations for the external economic transactions
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make change to Item 2 of the Procedure for the prolongation of terms of calculations for the external economic transactions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2007 No. 1409 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 1, Art. 9; 2010, No. 60 of Art. 2079; 2011, to No. 61, the Art. 2435, No. 79, the Art. 2909), having stated subitem 7 in the following edition:
"7) in case of agreement performance of delivery of goods of special purpose - transaction from the international transfers of military goods and double use according to the list which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine; transactions on supply of natural gas according to supplier contracts of natural gas which are performed by the subject authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on forming of natural gas resource for the population and consumers of Ukraine and on transportation (transit) of natural gas of the foreign owner for its giving in defined by the agreement of the place (point) which conditions provide carrying out final settlements after signing of the relevant acts.".
2. National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" monthly to submit the report to the Ministry of Finance concerning amounts of the foreign currency transferred on the external economic transactions, the terms of calculations established by the law on which it is exceeded.
