About modification of the Regulations on establishment of the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies and rate of bank metals

According to Articles 7, of 15, 36 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Article 8 of the Section II and Article 11 of the Section III of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", for the purpose of accomplishment of the international obligations of Ukraine provided by the program with the International Monetary Fund within the Mechanism of expanded financing regarding determination of the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides No. 15-93:

1. Bring in the Regulations on establishment of the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies and rate of bank metals approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 12, 2003 No. 496, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 27, 2003 at No. 1094/8415, with changes, the following changes:

1) in Item 3:

state the subitem "an" in the following edition:

"a) to US dollar - as the weighted average rate of sellers and buyers which developed according to System of the agreement confirmation in the interbank foreign exchange market of Ukraine of the National Bank of Ukraine in day of establishment of the official rate";

in paragraph one of the subitem "b" of the word "Latvian lat" and "Lithuanian litas" to exclude;
