Legal status of the educational institution realizing the program of professional and secondary professional education, procedure for its creation, activities, reorganization and liquidation, governing bodies, their forming and powers, use of property and the financial and economic relations, and also features of relations with bodies of system of public administration is determined by the law "About Professional Education and Training". Provisions of this Law are applied to system of professional education and training if other is not established by the Law "About Professional Education and Training".
