This Law determines legal, economic and organizational statuses of provision of pensions and social protection of the military personnel of the Republic of Armenia and members of their families.
Questions of social security of the military personnel and members of their families are regulated by this Law, international treaties of the Republic of Armenia, legal and other bylaws of the Republic of Armenia.
According to this Law the systems of republican executive bodies of defense, internal affairs serving command and ordinary structure and homeland security, on emergency situations are considered as the military personnel (further - relevant organs).
