About creation of the state information resource "Register of Household Services of the Republic of Belarus"

For the purpose of enhancement of state regulation of the sphere of consumer services of the population, streamlining of accounting and systematization of information on the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing activities in the field of consumer services of the population, and subjects to consumer services I decide:

1. Create the state information resource "Register of Household Services of the Republic of Belarus" (further - the register of household services).

2. Determine that:

2.1. in the field of consumer services of the population * only legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (further - the subjects rendering household services) included by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade in the register of household services have the right to perform activities. The fact of inclusion of the subject rendering household services in the register of household services is confirmed by the certificate on inclusion in the register of household services granted by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the form established by it;

* For the purposes of this Decree activities in the field of consumer services of the population are understood as business activity on provision to physical persons of household services which list of types is determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
