Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public service" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 12, the Art. 529) the following amendment:
to add part 1 of Article 17 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-to ownership of state language in the amount necessary for implementation of activities of the government employee in the cases provided by regulatory legal acts.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
