"1. Determine that:

1) state registration of the rights to lands of agricultural purpose is carried out by the state registrars of the rights to real estate (further - the state registrars) territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the location of the parcel of land, and also the state registrars of other territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are effective within the respective area;

2) state registration of the rights to lands of agricultural purpose can be carried out by the notary in the cases provided by the paragraph the fourth parts five of Article 3 and article 4-2 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances" in the location of the parcel of land or within the respective area where such parcel of land is located.";
