About entering of amendments and changes into presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make additions and changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2011 No. 115 "About some questions of national teams of the Republic of Belarus on sports" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 35, 1/12433):

"1.2-1. transfer of the military personnel undergoing military service in national teams on technical and aviation sports is performed according to the decision of the chairman of central office of republican state public association "Volunteer Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Fleet of the Republic of Belarus" (further – DOSAAF) accepted in coordination with the serviceman and the head of relevant organ of service.

The number of the military personnel undergoing military service, enlisted in national teams on technical and aviation sports is included into the number of staff of these teams established by the President of the Republic of Belarus;";

"1.3. the military personnel, persons of the commanding and ordinary structure enlisted in national teams on sports are exempted from execution of job (office) responsibilities in bodies of service. Bodies of service have the right to involve the military personnel, persons of the commanding and ordinary structure enlisted in national teams on sports, to accomplishment of the tasks according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Republic of Belarus. In case of dismissal of the military personnel, faces of the commanding and ordinary structure enlisted in national teams on sports from bodies of service they are subject to assignment from national teams on sports or employment contracts (contracts) according to the procedure, determined in subitem 1.9 of this Item are signed with specified persons;";
