1. Determine that:

1.1. the system of technical means for ensuring investigation and search operations on networks of mail service (further - SORM) shall provide:

1.1.1. recognition of the mailings of address these receivers, numbers of mailings specified on cover (for the registered mailings) when using by the operator of mail service of system of the automated sorting of mailings (further - SASPO);

1.1.2. selection of mailings according to the criteria set from remote control center of SORM (further - to unitary enterprise), their transfer and placement to the fixed SASPO cells approved with OGB and OATs in case of plan development of actions for implementation, operation of SORM and communication channels between object (objects) of mail service and to unitary enterprise (further - the plan) which constructive solution shall exclude unauthorized physical access to the mailings which are in them;
