No. 78-81,

1. In the Regulations about capital adequacy taking into account risk approved by the Resolution of Administrative board No. 269 of 17.10.2001 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2001, No. 130, of the Art. 310), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 749 of May 4, 2010, to make the following changes and additions.

1) Item 12, after the first offer to add with the following text:

"In case of consideration of the application of bank the National Bank of Moldova considers dynamics of indicators of financial performance and prudential indicators, and also capability of bank to observe these indicators.".

2) In Item 12-1:

a) in the first paragraph the text "notifies National Bank of Moldova on the intention to distribute the capital" to replace with the text "requests permission of National Bank for capital allocation", and the word "notifications" shall be replaced with words "receipts of permission";
