About entering of amendments into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2009 No. 232

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for holding auctions (tenders) I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2009 No. 232 "About some questions of holding auctions (tenders)" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 110, 1/10673; No. 302, 1/11209; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.01. 2013, 1/13990) following amendments:

1.1. the paragraph of the seventh part one of subitem 1.2 of Item 1 after the word "privatizations" to add with the words "and also auctions (tenders) at the choice of the investor for the conclusion with it the concession treaty";

1.2. add Item 2 with the paragraph the eighth the following content: "the biddings on property acquisition in the course of economic insolvency (bankruptcy).".

2. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

2.1. subitem 1.1 of Item 1 – after official publication of this Decree;

2.2. subitem 1.2 of Item 1 – since April 12, 2014.
