About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the moratorium on checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship in spheres of production"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 3, 2012 "About the moratorium on checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship in spheres of production" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2012, No. 7, the Art. 709) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- in the paragraph the second respectively shall be replaced with words the words "the legal entity created and acting", "busy" and "performing" "the legal entity and the individual entrepreneur created and acting", "occupied" and "performing";

- in paragraph four of the word "the legal entity created" and "which" respectively shall be replaced with words "the legal entity and the individual entrepreneur created" and "which";

- add with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"-checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship in spheres of production - type of activity of inspection body by all types of check of activities of business entity according to requirements of the legislation;";

- to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:

"-the certificate of the subject of entrepreneurship in the field of production - the document, confirmatory that the legal entity and the business owner are subject of entrepreneurship in the field of production, is issued based on this Law by authorized state body;".

2. Part 1 of article 3 after the word of "trade" to add with words "the industry and new technologies,".
