The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. In part three of Article 514 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (2013, No. No. 9-13, of the Art. 88) the words "on representation" shall be replaced with words sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "according to the written application", and the words "To Representation" - the words "To the Written Application".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
