According to Articles 6, 42 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 19, of 20, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of ensuring depositor protection of banks and in view of the decision of Council of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 11, 2014 27, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides No.:

1. Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 of the Regulations on crediting by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 3, 2013 for No. 543/23075, with changes to state in the following edition:

"1.3. The National Bank performs liquidity support of Fund within monetary opportunities by loan granting, including by opening of credit line".

2. To department of the public markets (Chury O. E.) bring contents of this resolution to the attention of Operations department and Fund of guaranteeing household deposits for use in work.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
