About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About consumer protection"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 9, 2004 "About consumer protection" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 12, h 1, Art. 699; 2008, No. 10, Art. 805; Art. 817; 2013, No. 12, Art. 896) following changes and amendments:

1. To write the name of the Law with capital letters.

2. To state the paragraph of the seventh Article 3 in the following edition:

"-appeal to the court or other state bodies for protection of the rights and interests;".

3. In Article 4:

- in the text of Article "general education" shall be replaced with words the word "the general basic, general average, initial professional, average professional and highest professional educational institution".

- add with part two of the following content:

"In subjects subjects about bases of consumer's laws by authorized state body in the field of education are determined.".

4. In Article 7:

- in the name of Article of the word "Rights and Obligations" to replace with the word "Obligations";

- to exclude part one of Article.

5. In Article 8:

- the eighth after words of "obligatory certification" to add part with the words "on state and in Russian languages";

- add with part thirteen of the following content:

"The procedure for withdrawal from turnover of non-food goods, life-threatening, health and property of consumers and expired, or implemented without information for consumers, is established by the state authorized body in the field of technical regulation.".
