Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on features of application of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of communication services in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 5, 2014 No. 1326 "About features of application of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of communication services in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 50, the Art. 7112).

Changes which are made to Regulations on features of application of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of communication services in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol

1. In Item 6 of the word "January 1" shall be replaced with words "on April 15".

2. Add with Item 10 (1) the following content:

"10(1). The organizations of communication which performed actions according to items 4 and the 5th this provision in the time established by these Items till May 1, 2015 are exempted from payment of the state fee for provision of the license for rendering communication services in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.".

3. Third Item 16 to add the paragraph with the offer of the following content: "The payment for rendering services in examination of electromagnetic compatibility is not levied.".
