Article 1. 1. State Articles 17 and 27 in the following edition:

"Article 17. Features of advertizing of separate types of goods

Advertizing of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages, tobacco and tobacco products, pornographic audio, video and printed materials, products of baby food and small bottles (horns) for feeding, pacifiers, baby's dummies, drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, military weapon, office weapon, ammunition and military equipment, the medicines provided according to the recipe of the doctor and also comparison of medicines with other medicines in case of their advertizing is forbidden.

Advertizing of medicines, medical equipment, products of medical appointment and sanitarno - the hygienic equipment, lechebno - preventive products, nutritional supplements and cosmetics, and also advertizing of methods of treatment, prevention, diagnostics and improvement is allowed only in the presence of the corresponding license or the allowing document of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan, including in case of receipt of the patent for the invention in this industry.

Advertizing of the permitted civil weapon, including hunting and sports, is allowed only in the periodic printing editions specializing in advertizing distribution and also in other periodic printing editions intended for users of such weapon and in places of use of hunting and sports weapon, and in electronic mass media, only after 22 hours of local time.
