1. Article 35 of the Law of Ukraine "About safety and quality of foodstuff" (2005, 50, the Art. 533) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:
"Article 35. Turnover of foodstuff in the agrofood markets

Mark of suitability is given on ink or part of carcasses of artiodactyl and other hoofed animals, on each carcass of small wild animals and poultry, rabbits on whom suitability for consumption by the person, by results of testing (researches) of the state laboratory of veterinary and sanitary examination which is in the agrofood market is confirmed. Suitability for consumption by the person of products of plant origin, and also the raw milk and cheese of house production proves to be true by results of testing (researches) of the state laboratory of veterinary and sanitary examination.
3. On the hulks unsuitable for consumption by the person which based on results of laboratory researches (testing) cannot be used for consumption by the person notches are applied on the surfaces of all ink specifying unfitness of product for consumption by the person.
