Enter in Minutes on exchange of information in electronic form between tax authorities of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union about paid amounts of indirect taxes of December 11, 2009 the following changes:
state Article 7 in the following edition:
"Article 7.
The disputes connected with interpretation and (or) application of the this Protocol are permitted according to the procedure, the determined article 112 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.";
add with Article 7-1 of the following content:
"Article 7-1.
The this Protocol is the international treaty within the Eurasian Economic Union and enters the right of the Eurasian Economic Union.
In case of the entry of the new states into the Eurasian Economic Union their accession to the this Protocol is performed according to the separate protocol.";
in numerical headings of appendices 1 and 2 to the specified Protocol of the word of "state members of custom union" shall be replaced with words "state members of the Eurasian Economic Union".
The this Protocol becomes effective next day after day of entry into force of the Protocol of October 8, 2014 on introduction of amendments to the Protocol on exchange of information in electronic form between tax authorities of state members of custom union about paid amounts of indirect taxes of December 11, 2009.
