Compensate in 2015 to "Baranovichi Production Cotton Association" open joint stock company (further - JSC BPHO) at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on other questions in the field of the industry, constructions and architecture, part paid in December, 2014, but not compensated in 2014, and also interest for using paid in 2015 provided by open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank according to item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2012 to No. 205 "About some questions of "Baranovichi Production Cotton Association" open joint stock company (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 49, 1/13476) the bank loans issued:
in foreign currency, - in the amount of 50 percent of rate on the credit in Belarusian rubles on the official rate of National Bank for date of compensation of percent;
in Belarusian rubles, - in the amount of 50 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank established for date of compensation of percent.
The received funds in 2015 are allocated by JSC BPHO for replenishment of current assets.
2. Condition of rendering the state support of JSC BPHO according to this resolution, and also persons on whom the personal responsibility for its accomplishment is conferred are established respectively in subitem 6.2 of Item 6 and in Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2012 No. 205.
