1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for execution by foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan of documents concerning nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Recognize invalid the Instruction about procedure for document creation concerning nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan diplomatic representations, consular establishments and the authorized representations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 18, 1996 registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 17, 1997 for N 262.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
