About determination of the list of electronic control facilities

Based on Item 1 of part 2 of Article 125 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Belarus, item 4 of part 11 of Article 47 and Item 8 of part 1 of Article 48-1 of the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine the list of electronic control facilities according to appendix.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2013 No. 1128 "About approval of the list of electronic control facilities behind the location of convicts to restriction of freedom without the direction in correctional facility of open type" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.12.2013, 5/38211).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

List of electronic control facilities

1. Means of personal control:

1.1. electronic bracelet - the radio-electronic means which is put on the lower third of shin and (or) wrist of the suspect or person accused to whom the measure of restraint in the form of house arrest (further - is applied suspected (person accused) condemned to restriction of freedom without the direction in correctional facility of open type and condemned to restriction of freedom with the direction in the correctional facility of open type (further - the convict) for the purpose of their remote identification and tracking of their location intended for long carrying on body (more than three months) and having the built-in control system behind unauthorized removal and opening of the case;
