About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather prospecting bodies of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Part the fourth article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About operational search activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 22, Art. 303; 2013, 21, the Art. 208) to add No. with the offer of the following content: "Effective period of the resolution of the investigative judge on permission to holding such action cannot exceed six months".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About prospecting bodies of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 19, the Art. No. 94; 2006, No. 14, Art. 116; 2011, No. 4, Art. 27):

Part third of Article 6 to state 1) in the following edition:

"The prospecting body of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine can involve bodies of military management of investigation and military units of investigation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine according to the procedure, determined by the President of Ukraine, in actions of getting of prospecting information for the purpose of preparation and application of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for defense of the state and fight against terrorism. In case of production of prospecting information bodies of military management of investigation and military units of investigation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine use technical means of investigation, and during the special period and during attraction to fight against terrorism - special technical means. In such cases on military personnel and employees of the specified bodies and military units provisions of this Law and the Law of Ukraine "On operational search activities" which regulate question of determination of legal status, provision of powers and guaranteeing social protection" do not expatiate;
