About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather Public television and broadcasting of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. The paragraph of the seventh of the Item "and" of part two of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of state-owned property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 17, Art. 122; 2012, No. 43, Art. 551; 2013, No. 30, Art. 340; 2014, 712) to state No. 20-21, of the Art. in the following edition:

"The property of the National Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine (NPBCU) and the share belonging to the state in the authorized capital the NOTE".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About procedure for publicizing of activities of public authorities and local government bodies in Ukraine mass media" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 49, Art. 299 with subsequent changes):
