About modification and amendments in the Law on the state awards of the Republic of Moldova No. 1123-XII of July 30, 1992

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on the state awards of the Republic of Moldova No. 1123-XII of July 30, 1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 161, of the Art. 1248), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and addition:

1. The second Article 4 to state part in the following edition:

"Rewarding of physical persons with awards and medals can be made also posthumously.".

2. In Article 5:

consider single part part one;

add Article with part two of the following content:

"Receive the subsequent state awards for other merits and not earlier than five years after the previous rewarding, excepting awards and medals with which are awarded for heroism, courage and courage.".

3. The second Article 29 to state part in the following edition:

"The term of consideration of offers on rewarding with the state awards is provided by the specified Provision.".

Art. II. – To the government in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this law:

– provide to Parliament of the offer on reduction of the current legislation to compliance with this law;

– bring the regulations into accord with this law.
