About entering of amendments and changes into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2012 No. 294

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2012 No. 294 "About procedure for the order state-owned property" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.07. 2012, 1/13593) following amendments and changes:

1.1. in Item 3:

the paragraph one of subitem 3.1 after the words "behind these bodies" and "republican legal entities," to add respectively with words "(their territorial authorities)" and "structural divisions of local executive and administrative organs,";

to add subitem 3.2 after the words "behind these bodies" and "and organizations" respectively with words "(their territorial authorities)" and "or the structural divisions of local executive and administrative organs subordinated to them";
