About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. In Article 590 of the Customs code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. No. 44-48, of the Art. 552):
in word part one "the Law of Ukraine "On obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and the occupational disease which entailed disability" shall be replaced with words "the legislation on obligatory national social insurance";
in parts two, the third and fourth shall be replaced with words words of "Social Insurance Fund from accidents" "Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
