1. In Article 34 to consider the second part the third part and to add with the second part of the following content:
"If it is impossible to provide specialized medical care necessary for the citizen in medical institution, then the attending physician of organization sends this person to the public medical institution providing this help or to private medical institution according to the choice of person.".
2. In Article 46 to consider the sixth part the seventh part and to add with the sixth part of the following content:
"Implementation of medical activities in addition to the works and services (except for first aid) specified in charters of the public medical institutions or in the special permission (license) issued in the field of private medical activities from persons who are engaged in medical activities is not allowed.".
