DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for participation of foreign investors in the course of privatization of objects of state-owned property within small privatization (appendix).

2. To the leading management of privatization of social infrastructure and property hiring (Ibzhanov A. I.) in three-day time to bring this resolution to the attention of territorial committees on state property.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman Utepov E. K.

Regulations on procedure for participation of foreign investors in the course of privatization of objects of state-owned property within small privatization

1. General provisions
