Make the following changes to the "Provision on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 18, 2001 No. 583 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 9, Article 598; 2004, No. 2, Article 71, No. 12, Articles 994, 1005; 2005, No. 10, Article 910; 2008, No. 11, Article 970; 2009, No. 7, Article 521, No. 12, Article 983; 2011, No. 2, Article 85):

1. in Item 9.9 after the word of "fishes" to add with the words "and other bioresources".

2. Add with Item 9.9-1 of the following content:

"9.9-1. Implementation of the obligations of the state established by the law in the field of protection of fishes and aquaculture;".

3. in Item 10.37 after the word "fish breeding" to add with words "(including aquacultural)".
