Paragraph two to state 1) in the following edition:
"The military personnel is citizens whose general duration of military service constitutes 10 years and more, staying on the registry as persons in need in premises in federal executive body in which the Federal Law provides military service, without their consent cannot be discharged from military service on reaching them age limit of stay on military service, to the state of health or in connection with organizational and regular actions without provision by it of premises or the housing subsidy, except as specified, provided by the paragraph third this Item. In case of desire of the specified military personnel to receive premises not in the place of dismissal from military service they are provided with premises at the chosen place of residence according to the procedure, stipulated in Item the 14th article 15 of this Federal Law.";
