1. Form:

Public service of Ukraine on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections, having reorganized by transformation of the State veterinary and phytosanitary services and having attached to Service that is formed, and having assigned the State inspectorate for questions of consumer protection and the Public sanitary and epidemiologic service to Service which is formed functions on realization of state policy which carried out bodies which stop (except functions on realization of state policy in the field of breeding case in livestock production in the field of protection of the rights to plant varieties, in the field of epidemiological surveillance (observation), in the field of occupational health and functions on implementation of radiation control of workplaces and doses of radiation of workers), and also functions on implementation of the state control (supervision) of observance of requirements for forming, establishment and use of the state regulated prices; to implementation of the state supervision (control) in the field of tourism and resorts;

Public service of Ukraine concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory, having reorganized the State agency of land resources of Ukraine by transformation;

Public service of Ukraine on safety on transport, having reorganized by merge of the State inspectorate for safety on sea and river transport, the State inspectorate for safety on the land transport;
