1. Approve the enclosed Rules of assignment to the legal entity of the status of self-regulatory organization and its loss.

2. This resolution becomes effective after fourteen days from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. From the date of enforcement of this resolution to recognize invalid the following regulatory legal acts:

1) the resolution of the National commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on securities of August 22, 1997 N 131 "About approval of Rules of implementation of activities of self-regulatory organizations of professional participants of the security market in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan under N 388, it is published in September, 1997 in the "Security Market of Kazakhstan" magazine N 9);
