Article 1. State part 3 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia No. ZR-58 of June 1, 2006 "About the Constitutional court" in the following edition:
"3. Person holding position of the member of the Constitutional court on the bases determined by Item 1 of part 1 of Article 14 and Item 5 parts 3 presents of the law and also in case of suspension of powers based on the judgment which took legal effect about recognition by incapacitated, is granted pension according to procedure and in the amount of, determined by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social guarantees of persons holding the state positions".
As of day of entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social guarantees of persons holding the state positions" the size of the pension granted to person holding position of the member of constitutional court on the bases determined by the first paragraph of this part in case of suspension of powers of the member of constitutional court is calculated in the amount of 75 percent from the work of total amount of the official rate received as the member of constitutional court till July 1, 2014 and the allowance with coefficient zero whole nine tenth. If the size of the pension calculated according to the procedure determined by this paragraph is lower than the size of pension calculated according to the procedure determined by the first paragraph of this part, then pension is granted in the amount of, calculated according to the procedure determined by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social guarantees of persons holding the state positions".
Article 2. This law becomes effective since July 1, 2014.
