Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 29, 2006 "About state registration of acts of civil status" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 4, Art. 201; 2008, No. 12, h 2, Art. 1017; 2009, No. 3, Art. 89; 2011, No. 3, Art. 178; No. 6, Art. 444) following changes and amendments:

1. Regarding 2 Articles 3, regarding 3 Articles 4, in the name of Article 69, the name and the text of Article 69 (1) words "name, middle name and surname" shall be replaced with words "surnames, name and middle name".

2. Article 4 (to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 4 (1). Activities in bodies of civil registration

1. In bodies of civil registration the citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan who passed training within six months after certification of certifying commission can be employed. The provision of certifying commission of Management of acts of civil status of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan affirms the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. The citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan having the higher legal education and professional length of service at least three years is appointed to position of the head of body of civil registration.

3. The head of body of civil registration according to the procedure, established by this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, appoints to position and the head of authorized body dismisses.".
